The best way to meet the people who grow your food is to shop at your local Farmers Market. The farmers are friendly and knowledgeable about the produce they grow and enjoy talking to customers. They accept SNAP benefits and give out healthy recipes provided by ONIE. Cooking demonstration and arts and craft booths are held once w month during the summer.
